Item of the week by Make Me Over Furniture--30's French White Full Size Bed
Old 30's bed that is very well made has been upstyled in a French White color.
Head board, footboard, side rails
Poly is used on the finish. The footboard has a cane inset which is in great shape, no visible damage as one corner has a small fray on the inside but would not be seen with the addition of the mattress and box springs.
(56.5 L x 37.5 W)
Shipping of items are a bit pricey, however if you are seriously interested, we will obtain shipping and handling costs associated with the item. All shipping and handling costs will be based on your specific location and how the item must be packed to allow for safe travel. Insurance will be applied to the item and all sales are considered final. We do not ship internationally.
Local pick-up is always an option.

Welcome to Make Me Over's Blog
Make Me Over
restyled furniture and decor
How many times have you wanted to refresh or restyle an existing piece of furniture in your home? Now is the time to transform that bookcase, armoire or end table that has been hiding in your home for years or is staring you straight in the face.
Make Me Over is a joint venture between Michelle Kenley and Chris Thomas, two friends with a vision. The idea for this business was born from a love of rescuing and reviving old furniture and other home décor items. We have given face lifts to many different pieces over the years and with our combined efforts, we can lovingly update your items.
We offer affordable restyling of your furniture through various techniques such as painting, glazing, antiquing or distressing. Our service allows us to take your furniture and transform it into a new treasure. We will work with you to decide the best technique fits your piece. We also have several furniture pieces that we have done ourselves and have on hand for sale. Also, if you are looking for something specific, we offer a Wish List Service and will attempt to find that sought after item for you.
We love to do this work. Chris brings her knowledge of know-how combined with a creative spirit all while doing what she loves...hunting for the perfect piece.
Michelle brings her eye for design together with great textures and fine details to instill the desire to have only what you love.
